Shipping policy

All orders are shipped Monday thru Thursday, each week, excluding holidays. Our processing time is 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please note that during high volume times processing time may increase. 

Please review that your shipping information is correct at checkout as our ability to make changes is limited. In the event that it is an error with your shipping address please email us at info@allurescents.shop as soon as possible so that a we can fix this issue. Once you receive a shipping email, edits cannot be made to order. Please note Allure Scents is not responsible for candles sent to a wrong address, input by buyer. In the event that an order is returned to us we will be happy to resend, however there will be a fee for reshipment. We do not replace missing or stolen packages after delivery has been made. Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to us for a replacement.
