Refund policy
Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are not currently accepting returns, however customer satisfaction is our top priority at Allure Scents and we will strive to come up with a solution for you. If you received an incorrect order or your order was damaged upon arrival, please email us at info@allurescents.shop within 3 days of delivery so that our team can determine how to best support you. A refund will not be issued unless the order was damaged during transit and you would not like a replacement. We apologize in advance for any damages that occurred during the delivery process and will work diligently to resolve issues.
